Payment Policy
About conbined order
Order for Stocks can be conbined.(up to two pieces)
preorders cannot be combined.
Please confirm your nation customs regulations wether your country can transport this stuff before you make purchase ,we can’t confirm all the customs regulations of each country.
Assuming the goods are stuck in the customs ,you need to contact the local customs to handle this and bear the extra cost from the customs by yourself. we can’t handle it for you.
**This price doesn’t include freight charge, when the goods arrive we’ll calculate the actual freight charge and inform you to pay immediately .**
We only provide UPS ,DHL and Chunhua Post.
Estimated shipping time:
UPS: 3-5 working days.
DHL: 4-7 working days.
Chunhua Post: 21-22 working days.
Shipping time is subject to various situation such as customs inspection time, Post office Peak period, distance from the destination. The estimate shipping is for reference only.
About payment
Not only Paypal payment is accepted ,we can also accepted online credit card payment.
All payment is considered complete after paypal confirmation. I.e. Echeck clear.
All orders will be shipped out when all items within the order arrived.
Preorders will be shipped within 5 days upon the arrival of the item.
Preordered goods cannot be canceled due to delay by the manufacturer. You can cancel the order for preorders only if the manufacturer decides to stop production , make sure you’re willing to wait before you make purchase.
All orders are declared at Full value on the shipping invoice unless otherwise requested by the customers. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or any fees charged by your local government.
Address Update
Preorders addresses update must be done within 5 days after the order is paid.
In stock items orders addresses update must be done within 12 hours after the order is paid.
Any addresses update after the period mentioned above might not be considered as a valid update. We will not be responsible for any lost due to the late submission of address update.
Item Box Policy
We concern about the needs of Collector’s Grade Boxes from customers.
We always provide the boxes with our best possible option.
We will email to customers for any damaged boxes before shipping for confirmation.
However, we cannot 100% guarantee that no damage or dent is done during shipping.
International express can’t completely avoided press mark.
We won’t accept you to return the product that because of the box damaged.
Return policy
Order Cancellation
Preorders can be cancelled within5 days after the order is paid.
In stock items orders Cancellation must be done within 12 hours after the order is paid.
Any Cancellation after the period mentioned above might not be considered as a valid cancellation. We will not be responsible for any lost due to the late submission of cancellation.
Painting defect、color difference、joints have slightly loose or have alittle white mark that made by original factory ,or don’t meet your expectation. Include all reasons above ,we don’t have warranty ,it can’t be return.
Return policy refers to any parcels or items return to us.
Return due to post office delivery failure.
This include and is not limited to:
1.Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
2.Customs inspection failure.
3.Customers failed to retrieve the parcel.
We will not be responsible for return and forward shipping cost.
Customers can choose to resend the parcel. The customer is responsible for both return and forward shipping cost.
Return due to We administration mistake.
Please contact to us. Order number. must be provided. Additional photos may be required by case.
This include:
Incorrect address printed on the parcel.
Incorrect item shipped to the customer.
We will be responsible for the return and forward shipping cost.
Defective item policy.
Please contact to us. Order number. and photos of the defective must be provided. This application needs to be made within 7 days after picking up the goods , and it will not be accepted beyond the time.
If replacement parts can be obtained from the producer, customers can choose to:
Ship the parts individually. We reserve the right to collect shipping cost for parts.
Ship the parts with upcoming orders. No extra shipping cost will be charged.
If replacement part cannot be obtained from the producer, customers can choose to:
1.Accept the item at a certain discount price.
2.Return the item. The item price will be refunded upon the arrival of the returned item. We will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
3.Return the item. A new item will be shipped to the customer. We will not be responsible for the return and forward shipping cost.
Payment will be refunded to your paypal account linked to the order only. Any request for refund to other paypal account will not be considered.
Insurance Policy
All insured orders shipped are protected under the insurance policy from the carrier. Please refer to the shipping company website for more information.
We do not guarantee a full refund from the insurance company if the parcel is damaged or not.
The refund amount is subject to the carrier insurance policy.
Orders will not be refunded or resent to the customers until the insurance funding is issued.
Customers can request the holding of the same item until the insurance funding is issued. The action will only be taken upon customer's request, and We do not guarantee the availability of the items. Additionally, if the insurance cannot cover the full amount including shipping, We will not be responsible for any extra payment needed to resend the parcel.
